Silverstone Custom Homes is a boutique builder focused on intimate client experiences and unparalleled quality in our construction. We build only a select number of homes at a time, which allows us to provide the care and attention to our clients that we have become known for.

Building quality, custom homes that exceed our client’s expectations is what drives us to strive for excellence in everything we do. With over 60 custom homes built, we know firsthand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring flexibility throughout every project. While working with us, clients engage directly with our small team, which includes our founder, Justin Fedun. This ensures we maintain trust, transparency and strong communication with our clients no matter the stage of the project and well beyond the warranty period.
Our team is composed of the industry’s top trade contractors and designers who share the same passion for providing exceptional quality and genuine service to our clients. From the initial consultation through construction and after possession, it is our collective priority to ensure our clients are more than satisfied and become part of the Silverstone family.
Meet Us
The Silverstone Team
Justin Fedun — Founder
With dreams of becoming an entrepreneur, Justin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. Upon graduation, he chose to learn a trade in the residential construction industry and it was there he found his passion for homebuilding.
However, Silverstone Custom Homes was born after Justin and his wife, Diane, began the journey of searching for their perfect home. Like many buyers, they couldn’t find anything that felt like “them” so they decided the best fit would be to design and build a custom home that would fit their needs and lifestyle. Now, 10 years and 60+ projects later, Justin still enjoys the process of turning clients’ dreams into reality.
In his free time, Justin loves spending time with his wife, Diane, their three young children, Jack, Charlie, Emma, and their Goldendoodle, Penny. They enjoy camping, exploring new places, hockey and days on the ski hill.
Eric Couture — Site Supervisor
As our Site Supervisor, Eric is an integral part of the Silverstone team and is responsible for keeping our projects on track and organized. He works closely with our trade group to ensure we always meet the standard for quality and custom features our clients have come to expect. Having joined the team in 2020, Eric has become known for his genuine nature and always wearing a smile. Originally from Rocky Mountain House, Eric now calls Red Deer home along with his wife, Kim, their two young children, Elsie and Milton and their dog, Willow. In his free time, you’ll find Eric spending time outdoors with his family, which includes camping, quadding, hunting, fishing and visiting the family farm.
